Join us for our Memory Matters Series a supportive gathering where together, we will explore important topics like understanding diagnosis’, communication strategies, and self-care. Come connect, learn, and find encouragement in a community that cares. Attendees will receive a special “Live Intentionally” coffee mug and a Memory Matters! journal.
